IS ORDERING ON LITTLE STARS ONLINE SECURE?

Our payment portal and website operate in a completely secure environment. Your privacy & security is guaranteed.

WHICH PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can pay for your order using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Wire Transfers.

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

Your orders will process and ship from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday & Saturday will be processed and/or shipped the following business day. We will not be processing or shipping orders on Weekends and Public Holidays according to UAE.

Orders will take up to 1 business day for processing. All local UAE deliveries will be done in 1 Business Day after order processing & international deliveries will be done in 2-4 working days after order processing. International deliveries are also depending on customs clearance in your country.

DO LITTLE STARS HAS A MINIMUM ORDER COST?

Yes, the recommended minimum order is currently AED 3000.

I DO NOT HAVE A BUSINESS. CAN I BUY FROM LITTLE STARS?

Unfortunately no, valid Trading License is required to register on Little Stars online platform.

CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP AT YOUR FACILITY?

Our warehouse is not open to the public. If you need to pick up call us first to make arrangements.

DO YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES?

Yes. However, shipping to overseas locations can be a bit pricey depending on the size of your order. Small orders shipped via Air are a bit pricey. Larger orders shipped on pallets using ocean freight are much more economical. Generally speaking orders over AED 5000 can be shipped by pallet.
